About me

For over a decade, I’ve led experience design and product strategy for global brands, first from London and now based in Amsterdam. I’ve managed teams of 10 to 30+ and partnered closely with executive stakeholders to turn complex challenges into meaningful outcomes. I don’t just help teams build great products and services. I help them find clarity in ambiguity, align around a vision, and move with confidence. Whether I’m mapping new value propositions in unfamiliar markets or guiding teams through transformation, I lead with curiosity, clarity, and care.

What you won’t always see in the work is what I value most: building trust, empowering people, and creating spaces where teams feel safe to grow, challenge, and do their best thinking. I believe great leadership is as much about listening and coaching as it is about setting direction.

I’m especially drawn to the tension between global consistency and local nuance. I'm fascinated by how people trust, choose, and behave differently depending on their context (I am a TCK after all). That’s where I thrive. I love uncovering insight, challenging assumptions, and shaping experiences that truly resonate.

  • Spearheaded the strategic transformation of code d’azur into Hypersolid, driving agency repositioning, operational redesign, and delivery excellence across AI-enabled experience services.

  • Built and led a 30+ person cross-functional team spanning UX, Product Design, and Service Design, implementing new squad structures focused on innovation, IX services, and business value.

  • Orchestrated the end-to-end digital rebrand of T-Mobile to Odido across B2B and B2C verticals, delivering scalable component libraries and customer journey strategies.

  • Served as strategic design partner for WeTransfer, KLM, IMC, and Odido, aligning experience strategy with business goals, optimizing delivery, and strengthening stakeholder influence.
